From concept to user story

The first step of a successful design is a solid foundation. In our design phase, we use the Lean Canvas method to define both functional and non-functional requirements. This tool gives us a clear overview of the app's goals and challenges.

The next step:

We develop user stories, which are short, concise descriptions outlining the expectations and needs of users. These user stories are the link between concept, design and development. They help our design team to work in a targeted manner and serve as a guide for our developers during the subsequent implementation.
