We work according to the Scrum framework, which is recognized worldwide as one of the most efficient agile frameworks. With Scrum, we ensure that the team works in a self-organized manner and that each step of the project is clearly defined.

Our Scrum roles:

  • Scrum Master: Promotes adherence to Scrum principles and removes obstacles.

  • Proxy Product Owner (optional): If desired, takes on the role of a supporting product owner to realize your vision.
