Our project management is based on agile methodology. This enables us to react flexibly to changes, to continuously deliver added value and to optimally implement your requirements throughout the entire project.

Advantages of the agile approach:

  • Short feedback loops
  • Transparency throughout the entire project
  • Maximization of customer benefit
  • Rapid adaptation to new circumstances

Scrum:
Our framework of choice

We work according to the Scrum framework, which is recognized worldwide as one of the most efficient agile frameworks. With Scrum, we ensure that the team works in a self-organized manner and that each step of the project is clearly defined.

Our Scrum roles:

  • Scrum Master: Promotes adherence to Scrum principles and removes obstacles.

  • Proxy Product Owner (optional): If desired, takes on the role of a supporting product owner to realize your vision.

Efficient onboarding with
lean canvas

To help you structure your ideas clearly from the outset, we use a lean canvas as part of the project onboarding process. This simple yet effective tool helps us to capture all the relevant aspects of your project at a glance:

  • Target group and their needs
  • Value proposition of your product
  • Core resources and challenges
  • Performance measurement and monetization models

Project management from a single source

Our strength lies in the fact that we handle the project management completely in-house. This ensures short communication channels, quick decisions and full control over the course of the project.

Our services at a glance:

  • Sprint planning and execution
  • Progress monitoring and stakeholder management
  • Resource and risk management

Your advantage:
customized support

Whether you are a small start-up or an established company, we flexibly adapt our way of working to your requirements and ensure that your project is a complete success.
