As we have already explained in our last article, the software Matomo is a very good alternative to Goolge Analytics, especially when it comes to mobile apps and the issue of third-party tracking.
For this reason, we at BNO Technology Solutions are currently focusing on offering appropriate solutions for our customers and also for the Matomo community.
We took the first step this week and published the libraries Matomo.Maui for .NET MAUI and Matomo.Xamarin.Forms for Xamarin on Nuget.org. These libraries are open source and released under the MIT license and are based on the older Xamarin.Piwik library. The source code is published on Github.
We plan to not only maintain these libraries in the future but also develop them further and make new features of Matomo accessible through them.
