Today we are launching our Mobile App as a Service platform, Home of Apps, which allows you to set up a mobile app for your online shop in just a few simple steps.

Mobile App as a Service – what does that actually mean?

With this platform, we want to fill a gap by making the world of mobile commerce accessible to small and medium-sized companies.

We use modern cross-platform technology to create mobile apps based on templates. This means that we only have to write the code once for all our customers and can then adapt it to each customer individually using various configuration options.

This has several advantages for you:

1. You save high initial investment costs that would be incurred if you had a mobile app developed individually for you.
   
   
2. You automatically benefit from all the innovations and bug fixes that we incorporate into our code. We promptly publish an update for your app.

To ensure that this works smoothly, Home of Apps consists of two components: our web portal and our white label mobile app.

The portal is the part with which you as a customer interact from the ordering process and for all further steps. The portal is directly connected to your app via an API interface, so you can make changes that do not require a native update in just a few seconds. These changes are then also directly visible for you and your customers in the mobile app.

How does Home of Apps connect to my store?

We only support the Shopify store system at the launch of Home of Apps. Linking your store is an integral part of the ordering process because we are a registered Shopify partner and request all the necessary permissions for your online store directly from Shopify. Support for other store systems such as Shopware is planned for 2025.

What does it cost?

As an “as-a-service” offering, Home of Apps uses a subscription model. You can get your own mobile app for your online store starting at the equivalent of 99 euros per month when you pay annually for the starter subscription. Our professional subscription with additional features such as push notifications is available starting at 199 euros per month when you pay annually.
